Floating Concrete Steps

Working alongside the famous garden designer Andy Sturgeon we were tasked with creating a floating staircase. Consisting of 10 individually cast concrete steps a steel frame allows each of the blocks to float witha. consistent 30mm gap between in each one.

As night falls, a series of lights and intricately places plants give the illusion that the steps are floating in place on top of one another.
